In short, the signature and the reservations are obligatory to make the transport insurance work, in spite of everything, I proposed a replacement of the whole order at our expense for the pierced balling bags. I don't think the after-sales service is that bad at Zoanthus. How many after-sales services get back to you even though the company is closed for annual vacations? To conclude, I've always had problems with you, nothing ever goes right, the DPD agency doesn't want to come to you either because you're constantly making trouble for them (a very difficult customer, you told me, in this sector).
For all these reasons, I'm going to ask you not to order from us any more, as this will save you and us a lot of trouble.
