The cuprisorb arrived with the lid already open. I'm not happy to receive products that look like they're not new. My request for an explanation didn't convince me and the person in charge wouldn't listen. I can return the product for a refund, but at my own expense.
What's more, the activated carbon arrived in a bucket without a label and without any explanation or instructions on how to use it, which is impractical and forbidden in France (I subsequently received explanations by e-mail). In short, I'm not satisfied with this order.

Delivery not communicated; calls then deferred delivery ds another place DPD brief as regards the system Nano big leak of the cartridge manometre closed and fast face as indicated. Intense cold release, slight burn! There is no spi gasket or anything else!

I am very dissatisfied with one of the products I bought because it doesn't work. I filed a complaint with zoanhus the same day it was delivered and in use - it's been 3 days and still no news :-(
