I am a recent customer, but I already appreciate this site for their seriousness, for everything... The choice of relay, a secretariat, for delivery certainly by DPD, is not at all pleasant. On several occasions, there was a queue of people grumbling with me because we had to wait so long, the secretariat being busy, which stressed the person serving us and was very noticeable.

The shipment is very neat and full of little surprises. The only downside, which of course is not their fault, is that the Relais point is more than lamentable: a reception desk full of reproaches and I was even called a liar about the date of the email from zoanthus (Lyon 6th small grocery store on rue tête d'or, to be avoided!).
