The shipment is very neat and full of little surprises. The only downside, which of course is not their fault, is that the Relais point is more than lamentable: a reception desk full of reproaches and I was even called a liar about the date of the email from zoanthus (Lyon 6th small grocery store on rue tête d'or, to be avoided!).

As quick as my first order was to arrive, this one took a few days! The parcel was quite damaged and as the pump wasn't well centered in the box, it took a beating too. It works, but when I opened it I was a bit scared!
