I ordered from this site because I needed the items quickly. At the time of my order all the items were advertised as being in stock but at the time of delivery the filter foams were missing. I went back to the site and it still said that there were 9 items left in stock. However, it is clearly stated "Stock levels are updated in real time on each product sheet".
There was indeed a stock error on your order and for that I apologize. In fact, the item ordered turned out to be the wrong one in our stock.
We have decided to make two shipments so that you can receive the first part of your order as soon as possible.
The missing item will be shipped within a few days.

As usual... 1-day delivery, always top-notch. 1st attempt at a "heavy" purchase with a 10kg bucket of salt: great packaging, the bucket with taped lid, in bubbles... unfortunately the bottom of the box didn't hold and tore over 50cm. I also ordered some small test materials and thought I wouldn't find them all: well, I did, they were all back in a warm cardboard box with, of course, the team's super pro carambar!
