When I received the bottle, the cap was not very well fixed, which caused some perfume to leak. Nothing serious fortunately. I was told that I would receive an email regarding the tracking of the package. I never received this email!!!

Upon validation of the shipment, you were notified by an email of the departure of your package: Monday, June 24 at 10:57. It probably arrived in your junk/spam messages, we invite you to check them regularly. This is a first order, your security system triggered the anti-spam filter. Furthermore, on your customer account, under shipment, the package number is indicated, allowing you to track the shipment. Although we do everything to ensure that our packages leave our depot well packaged, with contents well secured and cushioned to minimize movement, packages are subject to multiple handling, jolts, pressure, friction, and shocks during the various stages of transport by La Poste. It seems that the problem is minor, however, do not hesitate to inform us of such an event as soon as you receive your package.
