A terrible experience with 1001hobbies. I placed an order and signed up for the 1001 Prime service, which they promise offers "numerous benefits," but the reality has been the complete opposite. To begin with, shipping was delayed considerably and, to make matters worse, the order arrived in multiple separate shipments without any prior notice or clear explanation. In the face of this disaster, customer service has been awful: when I tried to file a complaint, all I received from their team were confusing, contradictory, and useless responses. Worst of all, after failing to meet the promised delivery times and terms of the Prime service, they refuse to refund me. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this store, much less paying for a Prime subscription. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for the consumer.

Bought in a hurry from this site for a birthday. After looking at other suppliers, we found the same product with shipping €12 cheaper.

My order was never delivered. I never received a notification that it had reached its destination, and then I had to find out in the customer portal that it had been returned to the sender.
