First order on this site, and I must admit that I am very disappointed. I ordered a Playmat 61 X 61 cm. However, I received the 61 X 35 cm version. I contacted customer service who told me that the version I ordered is no longer in stock and will not be restocked. They still had the courtesy to give me a seven euro voucher as compensation.

Order entirely composed of products mentioned as 'shipped in 24h' and actually shipped 6 days later. The bottles of varnish were placed loosely in the model box and could hit the elements of the model during transport. Sending an email on day 5 of the order. Simple response to tell me that it is being prepared and that I will be notified. No explanation or apologies.

Always super OK to order from 1001hobbies. The only part which I am not particularly happy with is the delivery times which are quite long; if I order from AK Interactive (Spain) it usually arrives before the 1001hobbies (France) but it's not the end of the world so all in all 5 stars
