In the process of searching for an item on the web I came across the 1001hobbies site. They were the only site that had the item I was seeking in stock. My experience with them was positive. They provided updates on the status of my order so I was not left wondering how things were proceeding. I received my order and it was well packed.

Do not buy from this website. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible. My order ZWZOXSGOH has just arrived. I ordered the Halo Flashpoint Feet First Into Hell box, but they sent me the Desperate Measures box, which is similar but contains a third of the contents and costs a third as much. The worrying thing is that this is the second time this has happened to me. In May, I placed order MUSJLXBCQ for the large Halo box, but the small one arrived. After speaking with them, I sent it back and they gave me a voucher to place a new order. I had to pay the shipping costs for the new order myself using that voucher, even though it was their mistake. After several emails that they stopped responding to, I used the voucher and ordered it again, and they sent me the wrong item again. They are useless at sending the correct product, and their customer service is just as useless. I wrote to them a few days ago and still haven't received a reply.
