Delivery took far too long: the order arrived two months later, and on top of that, it didn't match the description! The return process is far too complicated, and they don't reply to emails. That way, they don't have to issue a refund—well played!! I absolutely do not recommend them!!!

The parcel arrived in good time. Colissimo, my carrier, was more than satisfactory, but the only reason I’m taking off one star is that the 1001 Hobbies website notified me of the dispatch and delivery the following day. You probably had some IT problems, which I don’t hold against you—it happens to everyone. But it does mean I have to take off that star.

I tripped over the carpet and hadn't checked the scales. Everything was 1/48 scale, and I ordered 1/35 and 1/72, but it wasn't obvious to notice. When I tried to order them again, the shipping was so prohibitively expensive that I gave up, having found another supplier who was less greedy.
