I ordered it and paid for it, then my payment was not verified, I could order it again but it was more expensive than on offer. I then left it and ordered elsewhere and then apparently it worked with the payment and I now have two. All in all, the order tracking and communication is not good. I won't order anything else, sorry, you have to improve. I won't use the €5 voucher after my complaint.

Despite a substantial delay in the dispatch of my order, I still gave 1001 Hobbies' sales organization 4 stars. That being said, the items ordered came from Kiev in the Ukraine ... and I myself should have understood how difficult it would be for them to meet delivery deadlines, before definitively validating my order on the basis of their confirmation of deadlines. However, according to 1001 Hobbies, this long delay was due to their English supplier!... So I couldn't easily understand the explanations I was given for this delay, and I simply had to be patient, as I had no other suggestions... .
