Very good but excessive shipping costs

There's no French translation, so it's unusable. Despite my e-mail, no response. Too bad

Apart from a slightly long delivery due to an item being in stock (a partial delivery would have been a plus). The products conform to the order and the collection from the locker is spot on.

Ordered a game but it came with a French explanation of the rules! Strange when you order something from a Dutch site. Emailed but not solved to my satisfaction. Will not order again soon.

Received the package in perfect condition, nothing to report, perfect delivery.

No complaints. Very careful packaging and I was even able to add a product even though my order had already been placed. Very efficient after-sales service. Rather complete site with lots of choice. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I find the product information sheets almost non-existent and lacking in information.

The package was well packed and had zero shipping damage. As I am in America and this came from Europe it took a little while, but the packing was extremely well done.

I placed an order and it took me about 5 days, everything was perfect, in its box and well wrapped.

I am still waiting for my order because I have no tracking number to reference. They should use serious shipping companies: who is Delivengo? I don't think I will order again.

A truly magnificent product, but above all, exceptional customer service. In my order of 2 products, one is a pre-order to be delivered to a relay point. Except that for the parcel to be dispatched, all the products have to be in the warehouse. So I asked if it was possible to receive the product already in the warehouse. They sent it to me, but on top of that. They offered me the shipping costs. But they also delivered it to my home. I will buy from you again. Thank you

Delivery works smoothly and quickly every time.

Part in stock on the site with a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks (order placed in August, staff on vacation, understandable), problem, the part is in stock, but with the supplier who...is in England. order received at the end of September, beyond the expected lead time, I understand that 1001 hobbies is dependent on its supplier and English customs, but not to display product in stock. I would like to thank the person I spoke to on the phone, who gave me an explanation and made a commercial gesture, and who was also waiting for his orders (taken "hostage" by British customs/ long live Brexit. Sincerely

Well received the order, the only problem I encountered: two emails and two calls to get information about the order and the delivery date. once the last call was made, everything was back to normal.

Order incomplete on delivery. An invoiced item was missing because it was unavailable. They shipped as if nothing had happened. When I asked for a refund for the missing item, I was told that my order had been delivered. I explained the problem a second time: radio silence. A third e-mail to explain the situation again. Still no response other than to advertise for new products. Lack of seriousness and consideration for the customer, bordering on fraudulent.

Very good recovery of the situation on a disputed file (used box, missing parts) everything came back in order after your action.

High price compared to the other two sites I use

Delivery times to the UK were OK, given the added complication of Brexit, and there was a brief hold-up due to a query on the import paperwork. On arrival the kits were delivered in a box that was just about adequate, but it and the internal packing could have been better and I feel lucky that there wasn't actually any damage to the contents. Hence only 4 stars rather than 5.
