Products received quickly and conformed to the order. The small problem is that the added prevention label hides the product reference, otherwise it's perfect.

Item was despatched in good time, delivery company missed me first and didn't leave a note, but successfully delivered s few days later. In between, 1001Hobbies, had contacted me to note the failed deliver and that it would be redelivered shortly. It was.

Delivery time too long (over 2 weeks). This was due to the fact that an item in the order had to be ordered from the supplier, but this was not indicated anywhere on the site. Otherwise, the order was ok.

A bit of a wait for delivery but with 15 days to go before Christmas nothing really unexpected. Delivery arrived on time and always very well packaged, a little more anonymity on the box would be welcome.

I find that preparation times are getting longer and longer... Right now I'm buying 3 items in stock, but I've got a supplier waiting for me during preparation. (Maybe you were looking for a box the size of my order?) I don't know who the genius is who thinks that for models at 100€ each, taping the 3 together in bubble wrap is a good idea. The boxes came in a state of m..... and just to remove the tape, the boxes tear. What's more, I'm asking my son to help me collect the parcel from the post office, as he was grown up, but he saw his gift inside through the bubble wrap... It's unacceptable, seriously.

The product is ok, but was a Christmas present for a child and was ordered in 2.5 weeks on 08.12, but arrived on 30.12. Very long delivery time, despite the contact with the service team - as a result a disappointed child and only 2 stars!

It is always a risk when you order from an overseas vendor BUT this has been my second order with 1001 Hobbies, and both orders were shipped promptly and arrived as stated in their receipt. I know this is not always the story but 1001 Hobbies seems to have the shipping under control, and the product was as advertised. Thank you!

Package was okay though, when it finally arrives. Then when you have questions about the delivery date you are only referred to the mail point. While there it is said that nothing has been received yet. On the track and tracé you then see, that they only started processing the purchase, the day after it would actually be delivered at the latest ...

Not once received a complete order and certainly not within 2 weeks as indicated, make it 2 months. Don't fall for it you can just whistle for your stuff or money! If you don't go after it yourself mail.
