Disappointed by the delivery time and the lack of credible information in the order tracking, even if this is the result of a computer and telephone server problem. In addition, a delivery note with the parcel would be useful to help verify the presence of all the items ordered.

I have placed several orders with them all received quickly and with proper packaging (since they are plastic models, packaging is critical). The only time I had to wait was because I had not checked the availability of a paint bottle added at the last minute to make a round figure and this delayed the shipment while waiting for replenishment, but looking .at the site the reason for the wait was clearly stated.

I was completely satisfied with the order, including the choice on the internet, which I will certainly return to. Only the delivery left something to be desired.

Oh Hey. Thanks so much. I have not yet used them. as I'm still working on the project. But I was Very Happy with the whole process from order to delivery. I had tried to find them in other places online. But you were the only ones I could find that had them. So YES Very Satisfied with your company. I look forward to working with you on other things as they come up.

No problem with the order, choice of products or delivery, very satisfied. Unfortunately, of the two candles I ordered, one didn't work (the resistor didn't light and the candle got very hot) and the second worked fine. Half satisfied
