After making my order and payment no product came, after much contact via mail the company found out that the order was not delivered and returned. On my initiative many contact via mail but no result. After 5 weeks received money back and no product. A dissatisfied feeling and result prevails in the experience with this company.

Satisfied with 1001 hobbies I received the wrong reference (supplier error) but the site was reactive. They sent me a return form to return the package to them. Then they sent me back the right reference. You can never be sure of a mistake, 1001 hobbies is a trustworthy site because they took care of the replacement of my order quickly.

Unfortunately, my review can only be negative. I ordered a toy for my 5 year old grandson who wanted it for his birthday which we celebrated the year September WITHOUT THAT GIFT!!! Order placed on August 31 with expected arrival (according to what it says on the website) on September 5 or 6. Then a new delivery date is announced (September 8). Well, today, September 19, I still have not received anything. DON'T TRUST!!!

Average site navigation, as the search engine is a little too inclined to reply that no items match. You have to go through all the motorcycle miniatures to check. Then the Q / P ratio is not the best on the market when a close European competitor offers the same item for €40 while 1001 sells it for €50! The same goes for delivery costs... Otherwise, delivery times are too long: 2 weeks are advertised, which is already a long time, but the item is finally delivered 3 weeks after the order ... That's a lot of room for improvement, good luck to you.
