Information on scales is somewhat confusing and I have confused several products.

Good site, very detailed, lots of choices and the collis always well received and in order.

Clear and precise TB

Always a pleasant experience with 1001 hobbies.

JUNE 22, 2033 ... I had ordered a model kit from 1001hobbies (1/25 scale Revell VW Hippy Van) It was the cheapest price on the internet. It was at this time that I found out they were located in France. BUT they said my product would be received in a timely manner. (and it was about 1/2 the price of the next lowest price item at the time) At the same time, I ordered several other items from different companies located here in the States. 11 days later I get my package from 1001Hobbies, FROM FRANCE !!! - 11 days .... not a record setter in the amount of time, BUT the other orders here in the States ... 1 says it will deliver 1 single can of paint about August 7 ( a moth and a half to deliver a can of paint) another one, I had to send them a reminder email about my order (12 days and still had a unfulfilled status)
Needless to say, I will look at 1001hobbies with a little more interest from now on. If they can deliver product to me in better time than companies here in the States can, then who am i to argue

Fast delivery, correct price. Nothing to complain about

Fast, honest (delays are clearly announced) and efficient, top-notch telephone service!

They advertised the rare version of the product (and still do) however they sent the common version i can get on amazon instead. Still awaiting to hear back with a free returns label.

Very well packaged, delivery was relatively quick, the items were all in perfect condition and I was always informed exactly what was going on with my orders/where they were and when they would arrive. I will order here again.

Very fast service, extremely satisfied with the speed of dispatch and price of product. My only criticism is that the UK website gave no indication that goods would be dispatched from France leading to concern that further taxes to be applied. Not the case as it turned out so very pleased overall. Would certainly consider further purchases

delivery fast and good only in the beginning when ordering was promised a discount of € 5, - but that did not succeed bit strange

Bad very bad, I still have not received my order. You charge high postage for express courier. It's been more than three weeks. Very bad service. I will never buy anything else from you again, that's for sure.
