product meets expectations

Great site! Fast and efficient response! I recommend it ;)

The package arrived on time, undamaged and with the exact contents.
The mask I got for a bachelor party was appreciated, so: all good.

arrived very quickly and just what was ordered. well done

It has been a pleasant experience dealing with you, very friendly service, fast problem solving. I will continue buying. Thank you very much

Packaging: Very well thought-out Delivery - Delivery time: RAS Model: "The tailplane / rudder" in plastic, color "Light gray", should have been painted blue like the fuselage! Fuselage paint: you should have chosen a blue that was "matt or slightly satin" for greater plausibility.

Price seemed competitive with no hidden charges eg Duty VAT. Delivery across the border was prompt and tracking adequate. Seemed have a reasonable range of products. First time I have used them and will do again if need arises

good quality of service. Careful packaging.

Hello, happy with my order everything is perfect I recommend See you soon

Very good site

Fantastic and very fast.

Unfortunately I would not use this company again. Paid for Express delivery and said it would arrive 2-3 business days. Kept looking for tracking details and found nothing. After a week tried calling the number in the UK as it was a .co.uk website. This was then I got suspicious. Number kept dropping out. BEWARE. This is not a UK based Company like is says it is.
Emailed and got a reply saying item was in received in the UK on 11th July and I would get it within 2 days. Well two days had already passed and nothing.Still no tracking details
Called my credit card company to report a scam. They said to wait another week before looking into it. Then on 20th July nearly 2 weeks after placing order I find I have tracking details. These showed the item arrived in France on 16th so a complete lie by the company telling me it was in the UK on the 11th. It then arrived in UK at Heathrow on the 19th in the evening. I actually did receive this , thankfully but not until the 22nd July having paid for 2-3 express delivery on 8th.

2 items purchased that are not usable, I hope to receive an item that works.

It took several days to ship the order, although when I asked them they responded quickly, and it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, so overall the rating is good.

+ The paket was well packed and everything was in it unscathed - it arrived much too late.

fine

perfect

Problem with IBAN number on prepayment (Hobbies error). No reply by e-mail until after a reminder from the bank.

Very good

Impeccable

fine

Regarding the order that I received five star. However I had previously placed an order that was said to be backordered. I waited almost 3 months before I was informed that they were never going to get it back and again. This is quite disappointing.

Fast and totally compliant delivery.

all-assembled figurines contrary to my habit of working with spare parts;no pleasure in creating.figurines added to my stock for later use.the capped heads can be adapted fortunately.

Items in perfect condition, scale figures as they correspond to the description. Fast shipping and without incident. Very good.

Magnificent airplane model, with skeleton interior structure, I don't install the pilots seats or the landing gear, because I don't need it for my preferences or tastes. Big airplane like the Airbus A380 A.F. (Heller), which has some complexity in the gluing and assembly. A perfect purchase, thank you.

I had the package in faster than expected! After three business days it was delivered!

very satisfied

It is the first time I buy here and the truth is that everything has been perfect. I will surely buy again.

All desired paints were in stock. Fast delivery. Thank you

Clear, precise, fast. Perfect.

Responsiveness, speed and efficiency...

On time and well packaged. Would recommend.
