Lots of choice on the site, very fast service, excellent store despite prices that are sometimes a little above average.

The parcel arrived safely and on time, and was very well packaged in several boxes with the figurine box blocked with polystyrene. I highly recommend and will buy again without worry.

A figurine arrived broken at the base due to poor protection in the box. Using bubble wrap would be more judicious than vulgar paper that protects nothing at all. I managed to glue it back together all the same, and a figurine that has nothing to do with the one ordered, so for this second one, a paypal claim is in progress with a photo for a direct refund, which will avoid the site offering a credit note for the first and last time here.

One of the boxes sent to me with my order was the wrong one; it took a fortnight to replace it. No commercial gesture. Disappointing for a first experience!

Great online option with great products. Easy to navigate, and clarity on delivery schedule. Arrived in time predicted, earlier than I expected...thank-you. Bought as a birthday present for grandson, so not used as yet, but it looks super. A reputable name which we were looking for. Will definitely use again.

I strongly advise against this site, which obviously takes no account of its customers' e-mails! for me, it's over!

The products ordered arrived on the day they were said to arrive and were neatly packaged. Searching for products on the site with the smartfone is not smooth.

Pretty sure someone goofed and gave people a super sale deal on stardrakes for a day, but they honored the price and sent me my box, arrived in perfect condition.
