An Expedition department made up of people incapable of preparing an order correctly. Product missing on delivery, difference between the BL and the order, barcode labels rendering the purchased product unusable...... unheard of! The only positive point was a customer service team (Laure) who fought hard to repair the errors as best they could.... All this with an appreciable cheerfulness. But hey.... I won't be ordering from this site again

Ordered two model cars. Initial info A in stock B in transit. After one week info changed B in stock and A awaiting restocking. After that A not available and not known when it will be. Proposal voucher for the amount paid for A. Refund requested. After 10 days no payment. Sent mail again. Afterwards settled in 5 days. Han S.

I had doubts about ordering from 1001 Hobbies from what I heard on online forums but I placed my order anyway. I received email confirmation of my order, when my item was shipped, when to expect my item, when it was out for delivery, and when it was delivered. I will be ordering again!

I forcibly purchased the same model the Red Brown's Fokker triplane because it was mistakenly presented to me in 1.24 scale.Qyandi the package arrived I found it a 1.32 scale.Sato that I work on 1.24 I had to get another model and make sure it arrived in the required scale.This was not how I voke it.

A few concerns about the site: Normally in the French overseas departments, pricing should be exclusive of tax, as we pay sea taxes upon receipt.
A LOT TOO MANY out-of-stocks displayed, which certainly attracts customers but gives a bad user experience.
