Order took a long time to arrive tel tracking very poor
Very unhappy customer. Take extra money for fast delivery then it does not come in time said. Still not got yet. Check their community section on FB page, lots of people with same complaint. I will not order from here again and suggest no one does. Appear a cowboy operation. I am.appealing through PayPal for a refund.

A real scam I placed 2 orders 09.03.2020 ref. NHJGNA48Q tracking TYPFQP200006007 in the amount of 5898 euros and another 08.03.2020 ref 46L166XBH tracking TYPFQP2200006065 FOR AN AMOUNT OF 6198 € NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING NOR THE PACKAGE ARRIVES NOR THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT IT IS A SCAM AND WE SHOULD ALL UNITE TO CLAIM AND AVOID THAT THEY DO NOT SCAM ANYONE M

I see no way to contact 1001 to ask for help and no way to further track my package . I’m just out $ for the second time on the same item. Different sellers though. Just my luck. Very poor service, practically a scam. I placed an order last April 24 and today 27 days later I am still waiting for them to send it to me despite my constant complaints. They claim to be out of stock of two items but despite having accepted their offer of a credit note (they do not refund the money) I still have not received the rest of the products I bought and paid for.
They said they had my item in stock i... they said they had my item in stock i paid them nearly £100.00, when it didn`nt arrive, i checked tracking, only to see ""not available"" i e mailed them, and they replied that i could have a cover note to get other item of same value. as there`s nothing else i want, i said i wanted my money back . they have not answered me . i have tried time and time again to contact them ,but no reply. dont make the same mistake as me-dont trust them to refund .

Hi, I have a problem with my model that I paid for but never received. I have the tracking of my order but when I go to Laposte to pick up my package they tell me that it has been lost.
Item never received. Unable to contact seller to let them know that the item has been returned to them by their courier. Would not use again.

Lousy service. I bought an order two weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive in 8 days. I sent them 2 emails asking why it did not arrive and why on the tracking page it said it was on hold and the address was incomplete and I have not received any response from them yet.
There is no way to get our order this is not normal if we had known that in a month we would not have it in any way we would have trusted them for our part we are not happy at all.
I do not recommend it. My first order was dated April 24. It has not arrived. Unjustifiable. Several emails and the answers were the same. Unjustifiable. I do not understand the support or the shipping method.

VERY BAD Site not updated. False information on products in stock and typical response from the complaints department which has absolutely no follow-up. A CATASTROPHE I will no longer use this site and do not recommend it.

Man I would like to give my opinion otherwise but after 1 month of buying it and being charged the same day I still haven't received it so I can't give my opinion otherwise.

Be Aware Be careful when ordering from this supplier as the delivery dates are very excessive (currently in excess of 6 weeks) and communication is poor. I have repeatedly asked for a refund by email and the request is being ignored. There is no way to contact them other than by email as the phone is either off or straight to answer an machine.

The reviews are for 1001 Maquettes, not 1001 Puzzles. Available when ordered, payment taken and still not delivered after almost a month (15042020). I'm not even talking about the 20 euros for Exapac delivery. Taken in charge according to 1001 Puzzles on 7052020 but still not delivered. Packages received in 3 days with Exapac on other products.
Very long delivery. Paid same day but item shipped only 6 days later. Poor packaging, damaged box. And above all, no refund as stated in the return conditions. You only offer a credit note or an exchange. I do not recommend

I join the complaint about the delivery times. They do not answer and the customer service phone jumps you a speech in English and cuts off. Since day 6 they tell me in an email that the order has been shipped.
I sent you a letter on April 20 without any response from you. Which is very annoying, and I bet I'm talking to a robot. You should be convincing your shareholders that it's the buyers who provide their dividends, and that they should be respected... I've asked you a number of questions that are crucial to shipping and receiving the parcel-(so you've got the money)... Cheers
There's so much to say that I don't even want to fight with this lack of consideration for customers (despite form messages and emails, no call back from them ...). There are other sites that are much better in terms of price, competence (there was no Revell 48 email paint, so I ended up with a 48 acrylic) and delivery times (an order dated April 24 was shipped on the 6th (12 days later!!) and arrived on the 11th. Nothing's good here
After your answer.... if I could put less than a star I would because who are we kidding ???? Small example since everything comes supposedly from your suppliers: on the Tamiya-shop the F4U Corsair Bird cage at 132 is sold 11999 euros and on your site it is at 22499........ almost twice the price and I would add that Tamiya I think does not sell at a loss!!! Which is why I firmly maintain that this is theft, pure and simple.
