I got my package and it was in a timely manner too. It was also a great deal. Very happy with everything. I will probably check here for deals before buying on tcgplayer.

The paint I ordered was missing. I think it was surely an oversight given the very small size of the item. Too bad

Hello 1001 hobbies! I am very satisfied with the goods, but the shipping took a long time. I have a big request for you. A few weeks ago, I bought some models, but the model "Leopold" did not come with an assembly instruction. I kindly ask you to send it to me. I will cover the expenses. Without the assembly instruction, the model is worthless. Thank you in advance and I look forward to my next purchases. Best regards, Peter Weithofer

-I have been using 1001h for quite some time, the only complaint I could make is the irregularity of the respect of the deadlines compared to those indicated on the site at the time of ordering, in this specific case deadlines of one to two weeks seem reasonable to me but it would be desirable to extend these deadlines knowing that they cannot be met

Lack of communication regarding order tracking, very long waiting time and not very accommodating when pre-orders are not available as expected.
