Somewhere along the shipping path the... Somewhere along the shipping path the box lid side were in contact with moisture and now pulling apart from the moisture damage. Inside contents are OK. Not sure what happened, but somewhat disappointing. Even shipping lable on carton is unreadable.

Great service ... both the product and the delivery time were all perfect

perfect merchandise. shipping a little slow but nothing negative to report.

Everything is fine!

Delivery was prompt. Everything was well packaged. Again and again.

No problems except I paid the extra charge for tracking in the USA and the tracking was basically useless. It never gave me an actual location just (eventually) that the item had been delivered to the destination country...pretty broad as its a pretty big country. But the model did arrive safe & sound and in general I was pleased with the service.

Very good, except that when I ordered it wasn't clearly stated that the shell and paint were not included, so I was a little disappointed when I received the product. But if nothing

1 star because 0 is not possible. Ordered a model on December 4 and opted for fast delivery at more than 8 euros to be sure to have it for Christmas. On December 10 no news, no tracking number, so I emailed to find out the status of my order and was told that they were waiting for the product and would send it to me as soon as they received it. Re mail from me on December 15 because still no news and then I'm told they had a stock problem and that the product is no longer available a week before Christmas and I'm offered a model that has nothing to do with the one ordered which I refuse and I therefore request a refund of 145€78 which I hope will be done as soon as possible that my grandson is a gift for Christmas. 1001 maquettes I

Excellent site for its products and diversity. Delivery time a little long but in this period (holiday and covid) we can't reproach anything.

Perfect, as requested.

Hello, I called on purpose to get information! The person was unable to give me any! I ask if it's suitable for 1 8-year-old child, and the answer is yes! But on the box it says not under 14 years!

Deadlines met . Very good reception on the phone.

Order received very quickly. Sea

Excellent choice including rare models, thank you! Current models are a bit expensive, but if you take advantage of the common port for grouped shipments, you'll be able to afford them.
