Really disappointed Really disappointed, ordered on 14th December, told delivery date was 23rd, but still not arrived. We will have one disappointed child in the morning:(

Magnifique merci beaucoup

Ordered on December 8 for Christmas. With several items, including 1 that was supposed to be available within 3 to 5 days, the order left very late and will not be delivered for Christmas! Result: 0 gift for my son at the foot of the stairs.

the only drawback is the water-based paint, a catastrophe

Good service, but one small problem with the site. It lacks photos and/or the translations are fanciful. Light for light tank (for example) Or Bidon instead of Tank or Blindé in some titles. To be revised if necessary.

fast top fair price

Almost perfect, but it's a pity that the colors needed for the model are not listed in the suggestions, because I ordered the wrong colors. I'd like to point out that the bag containing the model's bunches has already been opened, so let's hope there are no bunches missing.

First of all, I'd like to make it clear that this comment is not a gratuitous slap in the face. Moreover I put a not""moyenne"". Order placed on 281119 parcel picked up its day of arrival is 211219. I already know what you're going to say"" product delays long"" ""you chose mondial relay it takes more temp"" etc... So yes, but the long""" delivery time was 7 to 9 working days. If you count 5 working days per week, that's two weeks at the most. However, the parcel was delivered to Mondial Relay on 1612. We're well beyond that. Honestly, you do a decent job, the parcels are well packed, the rates are decent, and there's always someone on the end of the phone if you have a problem. But if you don't get a better handle on your supply chain for certain products, you're going to have to do something about it. Almost 1 month for delivery is a long time. Understand that other, more reliable and faster circuits exist, even if they are a little more expensive. If you can't keep up, you might as well stop offering these products, as the inevitably negative feedback will damage your image. What's the point? Very cordial
