Very bad! I bought a model of a Japanese sports car and a Lamborghini model with a delivery date between September 4 and 6. I have not yet received the package which is for my son and apparently the gift has been returned back to the store in France. Five days ago I sent an email to ask for clarification but have had no reply. So despite having paid for the product I still haven't received it and what's worse I don't even know if I will receive it back.

Service was reasonably fast and the pricing was good. Took a little longer to get my order (as it is shipped first from Europe to their warehouse in the USA first) and then shipped to me. The only thing I might improve would be their tracking system... would have been nice to know where things were with my shipment. Thanks again for the order... I am sure we will do business again soon!
