Good day Good day, to be honest, I am not very happy with the delivery, firstly they could not send for a very long time, secondly when they sent it was written your order would arrive in 4-5 days but in fact the order went 9 days and I thought the order would arrive at the post office I wanted to deliver the courier to the index that I ordered, I didn’t have to wait for him at home, so when I was called back I said to redirect the package to the post office with my previously specified index, and third, because of poor packaging, the model arrived broken locator, I stuck himself on super glue.

Dear Evgeny, Thank you for your message. We are sorry for the inconveniences that you encountered. After checking up on your order, it seems that the product you chose was a product that needed a long process time. That is why it was shipped a few days after your order was made. Your delivery was scheduled for the 31st of May, after it was shipped away on the 24th. Since you have chosen the fast delivery, there package could not have been delivered anywhere else besides your home address. Regarding the packaging and the broken product, we kindly invite you to send us an email to [email protected] by sending us some photos so we can assist you. Thank you for your understanding. Best Regards, The 1001Modelkits' Customer Service.

The grade is low for the absurdity of the site really nerve-wracking in the search for models accessories and paints. Non sense in Italian translation and search engine really unsuitable for an e-commerce store. The malfunction of the site is for me a reason not to buy from 1001models.

No news about my order. It was still being prepared. I had to call and everything was sorted out in a few days. Disappointed because they were gifts and didn't arrive on time. Not satisfied with order tracking either.

I recently ordered decals from here… I recently ordered decals from here but, unfortunately, by my own mistake, I ordered the wrong ones. Fortunately I'll be able to pass them on to someone rather than return them. I reordered the correct decals &,after explaining that I need the decals ASAP, they responded to my email almost immediately. Great service &, judging by the decals I received, excellent quality. I would recommend.

A wish: as before, receiving a selection catalog on paper was practical, as I didn't always have to open the computer to choose my order.
