As a first-time customer not overly impressed. Despite all my items being listed as 'in stock dispatched within 24 hours' the order sat for nearly two weeks awaiting shipment. When I queried why it was so slow it was finally dispatched. As to why it was so slow I wasn't told.

Very good, but delivery time a bit long - my second order arrived before the first and they didn't have the sense to check what was in progress on their computer system. For model paints, the classification could be clearer. But on the whole, it's serious. It's worth noting that my fellow modeler received a very poorly packed parcel, which was partially opened on arrival. So there are a few things I'd like to get back on track, but it's just a matter of time.
