It's simple and the parcel arrived safely. A little slow for my taste (6 days) but with tracking and no worries. The quality of the model castings is poor, but that's Airfix's fault, not 1001 maquettes's -) Cd

Goods in order good price-performance ratio gladly again BUT why do two flat brush sets and a small masking tape have to be delivered in a large box. Why not just a large envelope?

Your product description does not precisely describe the number of figurines and whether the figurines are to be assembled and painted, as I am not a make-up specialist.

The process was quick and easy. If you are in a hurry, you should not choose ECO shipping. I would be very happy to return. thank you

Long turnaround on getting product. I think there is a scam going on. Leave it to the dirty francois. Go figure. Crappy offer to refund 10 bucks because of their ignorance. Will not use them again. Then I get a generic stupid FRENCH apology ( whatever thats worth) saying I got 10 bucks refunded...ooooooooohhhhh! Thats like half off the ridiculous shipping that mysteriously changed. Half assed customer service by the lazy French.

Model BF109 =117€ ripe for the garbage can I have never seen such an amateurish model anywhere. Models are canceled and sent back, but I have been waiting in vain for the money (5 weeks), it is and remains a bad store in France.

Response from 1001hobbies
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately your order was shipped with another transporter instead of DHL, therefore the delivery took longer. So we have refund you $10 of the shipping costs due to the long delivery. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question. Best regards, The 1001Modelkits Team
