placed an order November 20th placed an order November 20th. Goods in stock, but I have yet to receive them, today is December 10th. My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th. Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!

As of today I have not received my order nor do I have any news of when I will receive it. I received an email on December 1st telling me that the order was being delivered. Today is the 9th and I have not received my order.

For my first order, I'm satisfied with the equipment I bought. The only complaint I have is that you deliver within 24 hours, but I waited 8 days and sent a complaint by e-mail. Very long shipping time (more than 3 weeks) with no information about the reason (missing product) and no alternative proposed... Refund in the form of a credit note, but not including shipping costs for a new order... Several messages informing of product availability, but a site that refuses orders for a product considered to be out of stock... When ordering When ordering, the image was misleading as it showed two bottles of Tamiya Airbrush Cleaner side by side for no other reason it seems than to suggest that you would get two for the price. Of course only one item arrived and when calculating postage and packing then the item was quite expensive.
