Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. I never got my tracking number, the "customer service" line was a joke. High shipping costs, and slow shipping. Archaic website, and terrible experience. Save yourself time, money and frustration and stay away from these crooks.

placed an order November 20th placed an order November 20th. Goods in stock, but I have yet to receive them, today is December 10th. My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th. Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!

Very long shipping time (more than 3 weeks) with no information about the reason (missing product) and no alternative proposed... Refund in the form of a credit note, but not including shipping costs for a new order... Several messages informing of product availability, but a site that refuses orders for a product considered to be out of stock... An efficient hotline that did its utmost to find a solution to this problem.
