Order finally arrived with a slight delay (acceptable). But I could do better: as soon as the parcel was dispatched, it was impossible to track it via Mondial Relay. The link on my 1001Maquette account took me to the web page... of another delivery company (DCPostal) and when I entered the tracking code, I was taken directly to the Mondial Relay page - unknown number! As a result, there was no way of tracking the shipment and no e-mail to inform me that the parcel had arrived. Finally the tracking number started to work, but only when the parcel had arrived (but still no e-mail to inform me). Otherwise satisfied, I'll order again (hoping that the""expeditiontio"" service improves).

As for the caravel models, I received two straight hulls of the Santa Maria, and the Nina was not packaged, so I don't know if anything is missing. As for the rest, I'm completely satisfied, including with the delivery times. I tried to contact the service by phone to ask them to rectify their error, but I couldn't reach anyone, so I left a message. I'm waiting for a reply so that I can make a definitive decision if the necessary steps are taken, and I'll be fully satisfied with the service. Products ordered on the 5th (all marked in stock etc...) received on the 13th evening (dispatched on the 13th).
