Having found the model I wanted, not produced at the moment, I decided to have a scooch through the site for anything else that may interest me. I'm only sorry that my bank balance wouldn't allow me to buy all the kits I wished for. There is a great selection of current as well as some rarer kits available. There seemed to be a slight delay in the despatch processs which I put down to the item being delivered from another site within the company. Once notified of delivery it was swift and the packaging was sound. I am very pleased with my purchase and will definately be visiting the site again. Many thanks

I made 2 orders in the first one after waiting more than a month they tell me that there are 2 products that they do not have and that they send me the order without those products giving me vouchers for the value of those products thus forcing me to repeat the bad experience of buying them again to redeem those vouchers.in my second experience after waiting more than a month again they do the same thing again there is a product that they do not have and they want to give me another voucher.a shame.

I placed my order in two parts: one for the models and one for the paints. But nothing serious. As for the second, the site carries around a slew of cookies (eight of them) and it's unpleasant. ANSWER: I have checked as you ask me to do on your website and on it you specify "" the package will be delivered 7 to 9 days after receipt of the "". Now what you could do is verify that my payment was made on the 5th ( invoice #072471 201645) and not the 15th and I received it on the 22nd that is 14 business days and 18 calendar days NOT 7 and NOT 9 something that also has nothing to do with receiving it with broken parts because of the lousy packaging and which you have not mentioned anything about. What is unfair is to give bad service and not admit it to improve it. Gr

Hard to find decals 1001 Modelkits was the only place I was able to find decals for a 1/32 version of a P-51B.
