item received very quickly and in good condition

Hello first of all I would like to tell you my case in case it helps someone to decide whether to buy or not on this website. I have made my first order of models to introduce myself in this interesting world. I placed an order on August 11 for a value of 23845 Euros (a sailboat and some other little things) well the case is that everything was fine until August 13 that they sent me the order as indicated in an email informing me that it would take 5 to 7 days. When I saw 2 weeks later that it did not arrive it seemed strange to me but I decided to be patient and send them a couple of emails that of course they have not answered. My surprise was great when last week I went to see if there was any news on my order and when I went to enter your page they had deleted my user (with order and all) in fact I tried to register again and allowed me but my order did not appear anywhere. Of course they have not replied to the email I sent them. Today is September 12th and I still haven't received it yet, I don't think I will. I don't understand how this company still works, although I guess they won't do the same to everyone. In any case if I were you I would not buy from this site in case the same thing happens to you as to me. The only thing left for me to do is to wait a little longer and denounce before the authorities and the

thank you, I think I've found the ideal partner to continue my collection with you (3 purchases in two months)! find me a skycrane 172 from revell and my happiness will be TOTAL (not the Total group, it's an expression...) see you soon!

very good communication and fast delivery

the site is easy easy to use - immediate answers - accuracy in shipping - I always knew where it was . perfect

Great products, and fast shipping! They also respond very quickly to emails. Awesome service, and tons of products (that a lot of shops don't have!) quick shipping especially coming from Europe. I would definitely recommend this site to a friend.

This is a very unique item. We have one of the original aircraft in our museum.

It took a little while. I get my packages sent from the USA faster! The excuse that suppliers have trouble supplying is pathetic. When you sell online you need stock! Otherwise I received what I had ordered and in good condition (which is not always the case with some poorly designed sites). What's more, the prices are right, so overall it's a good deal.

The order tracking and e-mail communication is perfect and very clear. I received my order but it's not what I ordered! So I sent a message to find out how to restore the situation 2 days ago and I'm waiting for a reply.

This was my first purchase and it won't be my last as I am delighted with the service provided. Thank you to all your team a bien

just need to track the package

I discovered 1001 models by searching online and I must say I hit the jackpot! The online store is really very well laid out you can research the products we are interested in in a focused way all very quickly. They have a choice of both color models and ""aftetmarket"" really wide! The prices are very competitive but above all the kindness of the staff and the professionalism with which they act is really top notch. A store (in the online version) as far as I'm concerned really to recommend from the neophyte to the old modeling geek. I sum it all up in one simple word: BRAVI ?

orders were delivered on time and in perfect condition.

no paint cans fit in the station 32€99 for nothing storage station or we can not store !!!!!!! it's expensiverrrrrrrr! the rest super nothing to say! and more 15 days to receive the package given the price of transport ??????????????

Great site with wide selection of every quality and immediate responses.

Delivery is on time almost daily you have the order situation impeccable service.

The order was fast, correct and efficient at all times your assistance and the status of the order has left me very satisfied and all deadlines have been met to perfection.

a little long to receive my parcel but nothing else to say

8€ for shipping to wait 1 week before receiving my model is really unacceptable. Product that was marked available on the site but 5 days later I was told that the product was missing. I think that with all this I should have had a refund of at least 40%. On those if there is no refund I would no longer recommend you and you would have a bad advertisement. Au rev

I am really satisfied with my order and the speed of delivery I continue to use this site for my models very good si

product conforms to my order. fast and careful shipping. everything was perfect.

Thank you for your fast delivery despite some imponderables: 1 I tried to place an order for 5 Huùbtom matt white pots but I couldn't. I know I'm not very good so I took advantage of one of your messages to place my order. 2 I must have made a mistake by typing my address 1- rue des Coudriers instead of 16 rue des Coudriers I was""address modification"" and there again no way to find""validate"" again I took advantage of one of your messages. Er this morning I received the package perfect packaging the account is there. Thanks by the way, did you remember to change my wrong address...Best regards and see you soon!
