Very dissatisfied with customer service, the phone number is no longer assigned. I was billed for a €109 order that should have arrived on December 24, but I still haven't received anything. This is outrageous.

Hello no I'm not at all satisfied, when I ordered NOTHING was specified just the brands of flowers and C B D oil so I took the oil that I normally take and now I receive Hydrosoluble oil, ... which has nothing to do with the sublingual, I was almost ready to send you back everything and then pissed off I gave it to a friend so I'm not!!! no big deal I'll go get some thank you

Very nice offer and quality, but I did not receive a message confirming the arrival of my parcel at the relay point.

Attractive promotion but product of no real interest. What's more, the site advertises a 48-hour delivery time, but after 3 working days without delivery I wrote to customer service, which never replied. I received the order 5 days after ordering, a long way from the 48h... lousy delivery, unanswered customer service and an expensive product compared to the quality.

Super service, it took a bit long (10 days) probably because of the Christmas holidays.
