Everything is great
Already equipped with the Diablo bamboo, I was looking for a different ride with the Stoke X, and it's done! Despite its smaller wheels, it goes almost everywhere and it's easier to jump curbs with it! It's a great skateboard (just like the Diablo)

Send used and faulty parts. The motor Contoller they sent me damaged the BMS which cost me more money. They refused to ship to Malta. Eventually I ordered the parts from evolve US who ship to Malta.
I have not received any goods! My last order was still with Evolve Germany and the goods are now defective! Bamboo GTR presumably has a defective motor control and batteries! Customer service is very questionable!

I bought a Diablo, and it has technical problems. It's been sent in for repair three times. After the third repair, Evolve claims it was a safety shutdown, a fact they only confirmed after five months of waiting for a refund. They won't issue a refund, so I'm forced to consult a lawyer. The service is terrible, the support is terrible, and they themselves don't seem to know anything about their products. Thanks for nothing.
Your board was taken in for a full repair during the first month of use, after about 500 km.
It was then returned twice more for an issue that we were initially unable to reproduce.
After some time, we understood that you were actually referring to a built-in safety feature of the system.
In our workshop, the board naturally worked perfectly, since this safety protects the motors from overloading and prevents premature damage — it is therefore not a fault, but a normal protective function.
The full refund you are requesting is not possible, as the board is fully functional.
However, we have offered a partial refund, calculated based on the number of kilometers already ridden.

Being able to have the French language would help to better understand the technical commands, especially the screws which are poorly explained..!!! And I can't manage to order certain screws or bolts like for the trucks.!!! Thank you

The shipping is outrageously expensive, but I was dependent on the motor since they are known to often break on your GTR boards.
