Superb product. Expensive but worth it. Makes the Hanhart 417ES look amazing and far more comfortable than the OEm strap. Top job!

The service experienced with ABP Concept is second to none, great prompt fast communication and delivery to New Zealand was also fast with no delays. Have purchased many times from ABP and will continue to do so in the future as their straps are a top quality luxury product.

I've just purchased two custom watch bands for my Cartier watch, and they arrived precisely on time and are beautiful! The shopping and selection of bands was such a pleasant process. I was even able to create very personalized straps with different exterior and underside colors. I will absolutely return!

Very disappointed with the bracelet; simple thickness, low quality, even very low quality for 45...We make good margins in this store...I don't recommend and I won't recommend again.

Haven't received the custom strap that I ordered and nobody is returning my emails.*edit* I finally received an email reply. My strap was lost in the post, so a new strap was made and sent via a different courier. I still don't feel the strap stitching quality/consistency/neatness is high enough for this price of watch strap, but I shall accept this and move on.
Response from Abpconcept
Dear Chris, the carrier lost the package but we re-made your strap and shipped the new one via DHL. Have a great day ! ABP

By the way, a serious and well-known company, but I bought a folding clasp from them, which was very disappointing, and I sent an e-mail to say so, to which I never received a reply...too bad.

The leather work was great! However, the one of the spring bars was not 18mm. It was like 17.5mm. Because of it, it didn't secure properly to the watch.

Phenomenal quality. No doubt the best strap in the market. Love my new Aligator strap for my Todor Blackbay GMT. My only suggestion would be to make the lug holes on the strap a little tight otherwise everything else seems perfect and very comfortable to wear. Thank you ABP team.

Another absolute fantastic piece of craftsman ship from the staff at ABP. I couldn't be happier with my latest strap that was bespoke made to my specifications.

Customer service warned of a very slight delay at the order; most company wouldn't have bothered. They were also very helpful answering questions about the colour and type of leathers.Don't hesitate to order leather samples, given the magnitude of colours available. They're sent quickly and true to final product.
