Excellent responsiveness from the ABP CONCEPT team. Helena advised me very well and even had the presence of mind to come back to me when I placed my order. I made a handling error when selecting the interchangeable pumps. Helena quickly checked my order and made the change, as well as refunding the unwanted pumps. I now know where to buy my watch straps. I highly recommend this site. Living in Reunion Island, I'm now waiting for my order and won't hesitate to give you feedback on the quality of the product.

Good value, good quality strap as described. Delivered quickly. 4 stars only because of sizing guide. If you have a small wrist, check sizing carefully before ordering. I ordered Medium according to the guide but I now believe that Small would have been much better for me.

ABP is the best for product and service, and are a real contribution to those who own fine watches. A unique service is the consultation by Clémence who gives me excellent advice re types of leathers and colors to match a particular watch.

after 1 month I contacted them to find out the status of my order, but they ignored me! A few days later I received my order, but it didn't conform... On the other hand, the after-sales service immediately took my problem into account, and now I'm waiting for my bracelet (320 all the same). Hoping for the best for the future....

Absolutely dreadful. A crocodile watch strap I purchased fell apart after about three weeks (it cost c. £250!)When I explained this to them (with a picture), their response was they could do nothing because it was past their own 15 day limited guarantee. What a shambolic service - no pride at all in their product.I have returned it and am awaiting a full refund. Given their awful attitude - I am expectant of having to take them to a local small claims court. What a terrible experience for a what is claimed to be a premium product.Avoid at all costs.

Leather products of very good quality and excellent finish (Apple Watch leather strap and iPhone case with double card case).4 stars instead of 5 because:1/ Delivery time exceeded (long waiting time). Follow-up carried out. 2/ Two spots of glue left on the iPhone case, which I had to remove myself using a specific product + the quality of the leather on the double card case was "second-rate" (thinner and "blackened"). Too bad

very nice product, good quality, it's a shame that, as usual, order tracking is a bit whimsical: I asked for a case for Iphone 13 and I received a case for Iphone 13 ProThis doesn't interfere with use, but the camera window is too large by at least 1cm, which isn't necessarily very aesthetic....(mine has only 2 lenses, the Pro has 3)I could have sent it back, but I was afraid of the delays, sometimes interminable.

The colour of the medium brown strap does not resemble the photo, it is darker without any hint of orange hue.
