Response from Air et Aventure
Good day,
thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that your order was a made-to-order item. You were informed at every step about the status of your order, and we have repeatedly offered you the option of a full refund, which you chose not to take.
Unfortunately, the sales representative responsible for your order suffered a serious health accident, which led to an unintended delay in processing. Despite this extraordinary situation, we have always communicated transparently with you and done everything possible to complete your order as quickly as possible.
We regret that you rated this situation with one star, even though we worked openly, honestly, and with full commitment to process it.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and hope that you are satisfied with the product despite everything.
Best regards,
The Air et Aventure Team

The young woman I was able to speak with on the phone went out of her way to have my order delivered as quickly as possible following a reference error, within the deadlines and to a modified address for the occasion. Kindness and good consideration of needs, fair prices, I recommend.

Good follow-up but be careful if delivery is to Switzerland. It seems that the request was not made correctly, so I have customs fees in addition to the customs tax from the country.

Response from Air et Aventure
Hello,
To put things into context, your order was initially scheduled for delivery in Switzerland. You then contacted us to have the shipment sent to an address in France.
We then specified that this change involved the application of French VAT, which is normal for any delivery within the national territory.
Sometimes, some customers think they can avoid this VAT by changing the delivery location after placing the order, but we must strictly adhere to the tax rules applicable to our business.
Every year, we handle several hundred orders to Switzerland without any problems: customs fees and local taxes are always the responsibility of the recipient, as provided by legislation.
In your case, the situation simply arises from the legal framework of exchanges between our two countries, and not from an error on our part.
Thank you nonetheless for your feedback,
The Air and Adventure team
