I ordered several items to try new ones. I shouldn't have. These are the spirulina flakes that I like, that's all.

Very fast delivery but I had delivery charges even though the site states free shipping for orders over 85€ so I reduced my order.

I love spirulina, birch sap, and AKAL products. But I find the website not very user-friendly, although I figured out how to place an order. However, I never understood how to receive my rewards. I order them, they are deducted from my account, but I do not receive them. I don't understand anything about it.

We have been ordering from Akal for years, the Spirulina Tonic and Spirulina Immunity potions are magical, the quality is there: French and organic. I can't wait to be able to visit the farm one day. Thank you for everything!

My package has arrived. The lacto-fermented birch sap has done me a lot of good. I am a fan of their product, the Tonic with apple juice is just fantastic and gives an incredible boost. And the other spirulina-based products are also of great quality and delicious. I recommend it 200%!

Love the product. For the soap I preferred the old packaging, with the lady and basket and flowers, (as shown on the website) it was so cute! Very nice to give as a gift. Please bring this version back!!

Response from AKALFOOD
Hello Lydia,
Thank you so much for your kind words and for sharing your feedback — it really means a lot to us
We completely understand your preference for the old packaging with the lady, basket, and flowers. It was indeed a very charming design, perfect for gifting! We actually tried to see with our supplier if it was possible to bring back those boxes, but unfortunately it wasn’t possible.
We truly appreciate your loyalty and support, and we’ll definitely keep your feedback in mind for future packaging ideas. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful customer
Warm regards,
The Akalfood Team
