Very expensive. The design of the pitcher is bad because if it is filled you can't pour water until it has filtered all because otherwise it spills over the top. This doesn't happen with other brands.

I would like there to be an option for the jug to be made of glass even if the filtering system has to be plastic. It would also be nice if the small lid where it is filled could stay open during filling and not have to be held. And finally, that the anchoring of this same lid was not so fragile.
