Quality products (known for many years). Too much plastic for the packaging of the parcel! What is the point of wrapping each pack of fruit pastes in several layers of bubble wrap? It's not crystal!!!
Translated reviews
Response from Boutique en ligne de l’Abbaye de Sénanque
Dear Madam,
We thank you for sharing this review.
Regarding the protection of the items, we have indeed regretted many inconveniences with products that reached our customers damaged or broken. The bags or boxes of fruit pastes arrived too often ripped open.
Perhaps we have sinned by excess.
Therefore, we will take your comment into account and reduce the protections of the parcels.
We are also considering replacing bubble wrap with starch.
We hope to have clarified our operation for you.
Fraternally yours.

Every year we buy honey and products from the Abbey of Sénanque when we visit Gordes, this year unfortunately we could not go to Provence. So we ordered online and what an experience! We ordered on Monday and it was already delivered on Thursday morning in Belgium. The lavender honey is the best honey in the world just like the pillow spray, shower gel, essential oil. Each item was packaged separately and secured so that nothing was damaged, superb! Thank you very much for the different gifts that accompanied our order, it was a nice surprise and very appreciated. The Abbey of Sénanque is something special and the quality of these products is exceptional.

I haven't had the time to open the package yet, but it just arrived! It arrived quickly and in good condition! I invite all buyers to prioritize local sellers as much as possible, human-sized, rather than the industrial machine made in China. Thank you, I will surely recommend soon.
