Incomplete package, the ordered key rings were missing. Despite filing a complaint, I received no response. Unacceptable.

I’m only rating the delivery, which arrived late with a broken jar. I’m sure the contents will be delicious.

As usual, serious, fast delivery and serious prices, speed, interesting prices, packaging and delivery on point... I will be able to taste the Gwen already made by my grandfather over 80 years ago and distilled by an uncle afterwards... Small regret your title 40°!

Package received in perfect condition. Inside, everything has been thought out so that nothing moves (unless the delivery person decides to try to jump over the Loire with it). Thank you for the little gift (but it wasn't good, but hey, it's the thought that counts!). I will order from you again. Thank you!

For a first order, it's a zero fault, delivery times respected, reassuring package tracking information, and a little star for the personalized attention at the opening of the package "in Breton ^^ I love it" and the little sample included that provides a good commercial approach for future orders. Now all that's left is to enjoy all that ^^

The bottles expire in a month, and on top of that, I received the biscuits in crumbs.

Neatly packed, delivery time extended unnecessarily by delivery (GLS) to pickup store (only open Tue-Sat from 9-12). I would have preferred a home delivery.
