Second order placed: Site still very clear, logistics (stock) indicated and without bad surprises, easy payment... In short, a flawless performance (not counting the follow-up call afterwards to ensure that everything is under control until delivery: a real 'customer service' like we don't see very often!)

Harassing for a review while for now GLS considers not having received the package to send... Is inappropriate... to put it politely.

Navigating the site is smooth, the delivery time is quick and on top of that, we have a little note on the box and the name of the person who prepared the order. So cute, I really recommend

We never received the package, just a message notifying us of the return of the package to the sender. I did not receive a response to my message asking how to proceed sent on November 8 (order reference: ZGLSGEIIZ). I hope to get a response via this form.
