Very responsive and clear on all inquiries. Order received in due form with speed. However I would have liked to test the Patchouli perfume which is not comparable with the eau de parfum. They smell good overall but I find that they don't hold enough

Beware of the packaging! Very difficult to open the box containing the bottle! You have to tear it off or use a knife or a cutter. It's a pity if you want to keep your perfume in its packaging... Otherwise I bought SO eau de parfum which I really like the amber smell, but the hold is average
