The floral heart and woody base of this fragrance offer a nice staying power in general, but it can vary from skin to skin. Here are 2 tips: scent your clothes on which the fragrance will last longer, and don't hesitate to try the "pure perfume" version which is even more concentrated than eau de parfum, and thus more intense. We must admit that we are surprised by your message, because our 12 current eaux de parfum, which you were able to test thanks to our Discovery Pack, are all very different. From the discreet musk to the powerful kilim, from the floral label rose to the woody and earthy ippi patchouli, from the aromatic alfred kafé to the marine ïōdé or from the gourmand vanilla to the festive alõ to name a few, we find it difficult to compare. Certainly several perfumes belong to the same olfactory family (musky ones are represented by musk and original musk, oriental ones by ippi patchouli, kilim or so for example), but we try to build, perfume by perfume, a balanced and varied collection. In any case, we are the first to be disappointed that you did not find your happiness and we sincerely wish you to find it with our fellow perfumers! Very nice packaging. Fast shipping. Passionate about Patchouli, I was not seduced by your perfumes, too much Tiaré flower, too sweet, too light. Not earthy enough, mysterious, powerful... As for the other perfumes, they are also too light. For me, they are not perfumes, but toilet waters. Not unpleasant to smell, but they don't have enough strength, originality... They want to please everyone. It bores me! My advice, be bold, dare!

The appreciation of a fragrance is very subjective and opinions can differ from one perfume to another. But go and explain to the many men who wear our "mixed and masculine" perfumes indicated on the dedicated page of our site that they wear a perfume for women, I don't think they share your opinion... Besides, why should some ingredients be feminine and others masculine? If in Europe few men wear flowery perfumes, they are numerous to wear rose in the Middle East for example. It's all a question of olfactory culture and one must be wary of the codes imposed in Europe by marketing campaigns for decades. Everyone is free to appreciate and adopt a perfume according to their taste. I hope you have at least appreciated the perfume you consider as masculine, otherwise good luck in your research!

Some perfumes are made to be powerful and leave a trail, others are thought to be discreet and confidential: we try to offer a balanced collection to meet the different tastes of our customers. Please note, however, that since our samples are equipped with an earpiece (and not a spray bottle), the result is not always representative. However, our bottles are equipped with a spray bottle that allows for a better dosage and distribution of the perfume, thus improving the feeling of hold. Also keep in mind that each skin is different, and the same perfume will last more or less on different people. But on the whole, the samples sent being eaux de parfum, they offer a nice concentration offering a hold from half a day to a day on the skin and more on clothes. If you like very intense perfumes, you can also use your coupon to treat yourself to a pure perfume, which is even more concentrated than the eau de parfum, and therefore lasts longer with a higher intensity. As much as I gladly grant you that our "musc originel" is a resolutely confidential perfume since it was created to be discreet, as much as our eau de parfum SO is considered powerful by the great majority of the people who wear it. But that's the beauty of perfume: it reacts differently from one person to another, because our skin plays a major role! Sometimes it's unfair, sometimes it's what makes perfume magical, when the alchemy between it and our skin is perfect 🙂 Since you like SO, you should know that it also exists in pure perfume: the smell is the same as the eau de parfum, but the pure perfume being even more concentrated, it is more intense and lasts longer on your skin and clothes... Concerning the cases of our 100ml eau de parfum, they are indeed equipped with 2 security slots that allow to block the flap. The case can be opened by hand without having to tear it, but it is indeed even easier with a flat blade. This type of system will allow us to eventually eliminate the plastic that surrounds our cases: a goal that we have set for ourselves to be ever more eco-responsible. A very attentive customer service and beautiful fragrances. I'm still trying them so I don't have a clear opinion but I don't think I'll have a favorite scent...unfortunately. I recommend nevertheless because there are beautiful creations and the feelings are so varied from one person to another.

The ippi patchouli eau de parfum is quite a powerful scent indeed, containing a bit of musk in the base note to set the formula together, but it is indeed the patchouli (Indonesian patchouli essence to be precise) that is highlighted in this fragrance, especially its woody and earthy facets. The beauty of Perfume lies in the fact that we can all perceive the same fragrance differently, and perceive certain notes more than others. Maybe ippi patchouli CLAIR with its citrusy top note and its gourmand touch of praline in the base note would suit you better, don't hesitate to tell us if you have the opportunity to try it... Especially since in another review you seem to be delighted with your Discovery Pack. We are the first to apologize if you didn't fall in love with these first 3 perfumes we tested and we respect your opinion about their originality: the perfume evokes different feelings for everyone. As for their staying power, it depends on several factors: each skin is different and diffuses the same perfume for more or less time. It would also be interesting to know which perfumes you have tested exactly, because if some are made to be intense and leave a trail, others are designed to be discrete and confidential. Finally, I'll grant you that the "earmuffs" that our samples are equipped with do not distribute the perfume as well as a spray bottle, which can have an effect on the duration of the perfume depending on the quantity applied. If you are a lover of intense fragrances with powerful and long-lasting scents, don't hesitate to opt for our pure perfumes, which are even more concentrated in raw materials than our eaux de parfum. Serious site. I ordered ippi parchouli. I ordered ippi parchouli. Why did you order? Because I have been wearing parchouli reminiscence for 30 years and their formula has changed. I wanted to find this spirit patchouli 70's. I trusted the positive reviews about the olfactory creations of carrément belle. Unfortunately I felt invaded by a tuberose too dominant erasing any entity of patchouli, and offering only a spirit of solar perfume style monoï of' YR... whose holding was for my part only of one hour and half not more. It is a pleasant perfume but for a clientele adept at summer scents.

Perfume is fascinating because everyone interprets and feels it in a very personal way: tuberose is indeed present in our ippi patchouli fragrance but it is only a minor ingredient in its composition, as well as the sunny side mentioned which is discreet in this fragrance but much more present in its "clear" version (of which you received a sample). On the other hand, the main ingredient of this perfume is patchouli, with its earthy and woody facets, although it is quite possible that your olfactory sensitivity will perceive more other notes. As for the staying power of a perfume, it depends a lot on your skin. Yours must be greedy and drink the perfume quickly, because the ippi patchouli eau de parfum has been designed to leave a powerful trail behind your steps, during the whole day or almost. The magic did not work for me, perhaps I am too much in search of a perfume which alas is no longer made ... I like the warm powdery perfumes, despite the pack none was a favorite. I will not fail to make discover to my relatives the pack for which perhaps the blow of heart will be with the rdv.
