After checking your order, we see that you benefited from our Crazy Day offer. The products offered as part of this operation had a Minimum Durability Date (MDD) set for 30/09. Your order was placed on 22/06, so you received caviar with an MDD of about 3 months.

We would like to clarify that we guarantee, on our site, a minimum MDD of 2 months for our caviars. Your product fully respected this commitment.

Furthermore, it is important to distinguish between an MDD and a Use By Date (UBD). An MDD indicates a period during which the product retains all its optimal taste qualities. Once this date has passed, caviar can generally be consumed without health risks, provided that the packaging is intact and the product shows no anomalies in smell, appearance, or taste.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. We are indeed caviar producers in Neuvic, where we raise our sturgeons and produce our Baeri and Oscietra caviars directly on our estate.

However, some species, such as Sevruga or Beluga, are not produced in Neuvic. In order to offer our customers a wider range, we work with partner fish farms located in Europe, particularly in Bulgaria and Italy. These partners are selected with the utmost care and share the same requirements as we do regarding fish welfare, breeding quality, and know-how.

Our goal is to offer exceptional caviars, whether they come from our own production or from partner producers who meet our quality standards.
