here are 2 orders apart and 2 errors on your site concerning the sender and recipient addresses. Fortunately they were rectified by your (good) care. The product is fine, and so is the customer relationship. BUT your site is NOT.

Difficult to find the personalization on the site...Otherwise thank you for the kind attention of having enclosed a truffle butter at the end of the date.

It would be a good idea to put a small label with each type of caviar to indicate its characteristics (taste, origins...) and allow other guests to discover it (brand, type of caviar thanks to this label).

I'm just sorry that the courier dropped the parcel off in front of my townhouse, practically on the sidewalk! I hadn't paid any attention to the courier's e-mail the day before, asking me to let him know if I was going to be absent. But initially, I'd understood that he'd have to phone to set up the appointment, which would be more logical, especially as we're asked for a delivery date.

The order paid on the website automatically generated the preparation. I even received a phone call. Delivered the next day. That's exceptional when we're confined. Thanks to the dedicated team and their delivery partners! The quality of taste is still there for this French luxury!

Efficient site, fast order processing. Efficient delivery The size of the packaging should be visualized at the time of selection. That would help a lot.

I visited your site at the time of ordering and have no specific opinion.

My request was very urgent, to share a last moment with my mother who was at the end of her life. You responded to my request in a super way. Fast delivery. Thank you to the person on the other end of the line, who understood the meaning of my request, and she ensured it was an unforgettable moment. Thank you again.
