Still have not received my order placed since November 26. I can understand that with the holidays there may be delays but no email from them and no response to the 2 I sent them. However, the amount has been debited from my account. First and last time I place an order with them.
as replied by email twice to your email registered on the site, the bowler hat in size 52 cm was in production. It should leave at the end of the week, either Friday from us.

I ordered on October 11, 2020, and to this day I still have not received anything. One item out of two is awaiting restocking. I have no news. There were two weeks before delivery and I had accepted the delay. This is my 3rd order and it is the first time the delay is so long and especially that the payment for my order was made on the same day.

I received a beret XV de France 'One size adjustable', I regret the quality of the product. After several tutorials and advice on the 'Adjustment' of the product, I was never able to make it fit my size, until the fabric tore near the shell. I do not recommend this kind of one-size product.

I ordered and received 2 hats 'one size'; one is perfectly in line with what I expected after having already bought one; the other has a circumference larger than the first by SIX CENTIMETERS. Curious 'ONE SIZE'!!! I made a complaint; the next day I was asked by email to send a photo, which I did without delay. For several days I have been waiting for a response regarding this second hat that I absolutely cannot wear. Curious one size!

Hello, Very unhappy with this first purchase (on: 04.06.2020) that I had to return because it was too big. My disappointment is not related to the item being too big, as that can happen, but to the return procedure! 1° - the item returned on the same day must be done in 'Colissimo' which costs: €6.35 at your expense (non-refundable)! 2° - The purchase amount was: €23.50 3° - the refund occurred on: 24.06.2020 for an amount less than the purchase, namely: €19.00! In the end: €23.50 - €19.00 = €4.50 + €6.35 for Colissimo = €10.85 lost!!! You will understand that I will not repeat the experience! Best regards.

The hat arrived in very poor condition and it is more than difficult to obtain the necessary information for its return. Obligation to go through a PayPal claim which has not yet been resolved....
The hat arrived with a lining that is not correct but the hat is in good condition. Only the lining had an issue. You wish to change the model, which we have of course accepted.
We sent you an email the same day indicating that size 55 was in stock and that size 54 had a delay.
On May 16, we sent you another email asking if that was acceptable but we did not receive a clear response. Only how to return it when we told you we would send the hat with a return label.

I had ordered this hat to give to a friend before he left on a trip, on the site, before buying it, I see that the delivery of the product is estimated between 1 and 2 weeks, so I take it, thinking I would be on time. The hat was ordered on Saturday, January 25, I expected to receive it by Monday, February 10 at the latest. However, I had no news of my order until February 21, the day I was informed that the hat had been shipped, my friend had left more than a week ago.
