I ordered a cap in size 58 and I received size 59

The cap from this manufacturer comes in sizes S, M, L, and XL, which are 55, 57, 59, and 61.
If size 59 cm is the size you received, the next smaller size is 57, as this manufacturer does not size in centimeter increments.
It is certainly possible to exchange it if you wish.

Package arrived 1 week late and the parcel was completely torn! Fortunately, the merchandise was not damaged....

Satisfied with the product but delivery times excessively long without any information explaining it

Hello, the size is a bit tight even though I noted my head circumference well. By forcing a bit the seam of the inner leather it loosened. I find the thickness of the beret too thin. Best regards

I find that Traclet is a bit forceful: I was offered a credit note instead of an exchange. The return fees when making an exchange might be a bit excessive. Everyone knows that in fashion you don't find the "shoe that fits" on the first try. After my return was accepted, I heard nothing: received? not received? Also no information about my new order which apparently was delayed. It took a very long time... with no news! However, I was not disappointed with the replacement order (but I knew the brand).

The description of the hat was false on the Traclet site. I was offered an exchange with a quite different hat, I made a counter-proposal that remained unanswered by Traclet despite 2 follow-ups. I will not order from this site again.

Delivery time of 2 months, and wrong model of hat.
The cap doesn't really match the picture.
Delay of 4 days for delivery, which required buying another gift (maybe related to weather conditions?). Wrinkled packaging bag.
Disappointment with one of the two ordered products which should be size 55 and fits perfectly... to a head size 50 of a 6-year-old child

The beanie frankly disappointed me in terms of quality and design (a small stitch right in front that has no business being there) - and the color is not nice at all - this beanie does not deserve the price it costs

The hat size is too big so not suitable but I was able to remedy it by soaking it in a special bath. The bright red color of the beanie does not match, I will not wear it (not in this state that's for sure unless playing Commander Cousteau)
