The delivery time, (more than a month) is really too long, and the quality of the hats is a bit disappointing. (or maybe it requires a higher price, but then it seems excessive considering what can be found locally.
Pretty hat, but it doesn't look much like the pictures and the faux fur seems a bit rough. Maybe it would be good to film the items and note the quality of the faux fur based on criteria?
Following the receipt of my package, I notice several finishes that are not finished (the threads are not finished, glue stains and the interior padding of the clog poorly finished) Disappointed because the person received this package as a gift and I find it disappointing given the price.
The delivery was made to a different location than specified in the order. The requested pickup point was indeed proposed in the order form. With threats to return the package if it was not picked up within 4 days.

I ordered 2 hats of the same size and brand. 1 model fits me well but the other is way too big. I was able to return it and get a refund. What I find abnormal is having to pay 12.00 euros for shipping to return it.
Correct access on the site but not enough detail on sizes and confusion: the sizes of the clogs are given in 'head circumference' and the shoe size is not adapted... No problem with the shipment

We have Irish caps starting at 30 euros made in Italy.
Then for a real one made in Ireland, they start at 70 euros.
Prices have increased significantly there since 2020.
That’s why we offer alternatives like Italian productions.

Delivery time announced on the site not respected. I had to contact the company after 3 weeks of waiting to get information. The shipment was made quickly afterwards.
I was really disappointed to see that the velvet ribbon was missing around the Breton hat, not buckled does not mean that the ribbon is missing...? I paid a certain amount for a very simple hat... If by chance you could send me a ribbon I would be really grateful, if possible. Regards

Having sent the hat box, the closure was working well before shipping.
According to the photos received yesterday, the closure is broken.
Did you contact an opening on the packaging box because I made the package and tested the opening, it was working very well.

Quick response and very good products
I was very surprised and disappointed by the very bright color, I thought I was ordering a mustard yellow (it appears like that on the site) and ended up with a very bright yellow that did not match the color of the costume. It would be important to specify this on the site, this is the first time I notice such a color discrepancy, I have often ordered from you.
I asked if the product was suitable for a head size of 57cm and for my large surface this is really very very tight. Moreover, the hook at the back of the cap is now off-center since it is stretched to the maximum. It was meant to be a gift... My son is sad. The package still hasn't arrived. It's still on the way, since I placed the order on July 27. Of course, it's for the summer holidays. But, I believe that in the end, it will be a 'happy ending'
As indicated, the 9-inch beret has a manufacturing delay and unfortunately in France in August, production is often at a standstill, which is why the beret was sent in September unlike Australia where production never stops (except for Akubra which makes hats for us in 6-8 months)

I went on the smartphone version. The search filters are not applicable after a keyword search. The item I received is not really the same as the one presented in the photo. Disappointing.

When I tried to adjust the cord of the cap, it broke because the tightening object doesn't tighten anything. I am returning the cap for an exchange.

Packaging destroyed.
6 weeks delay... way too long.
The product arrived in very good condition and perfectly meets my expectations! However, I would have liked to be kept informed about stock issues and thus the significantly increased delivery time (order placed in the twenties of June, received on September 7!). When you see 2 days of delivery on the site and receive nothing without being informed of anything, it's quickly worrying. That said, your responses are quick so that makes up for it I suppose. And the product remains perfect!
The top of the hat had two small stains. Poorly wrapped? Already stained before?
