Missing accessory on the hat...the feather at 300 euros for the hat is unacceptable.

Gift for Christmas. Miki Brest sold for one size. In fact, we realize that there is a size. Had to tighten it as much as possible at the back. Definitely at Traclet, there are always size problems. I'm not sure I will order from you again.

The order went well on the website. Impossible to pay for gift wrapping (Christmas) so I asked to make a gift package in the comment. Delivery received on time. Of the two beanies received, there is a model error, not the right model at all nor the color. No gift wrapping, two beanies loose in a box like an order from a big site. I would have liked to be informed by email that there was no wrapping service. The products are of good quality but I feel like I placed an order on a large 'industrial' site, disappointed with the service. I will keep the wrong beanie, I don't want to waste my time returning it, it will be an unexpected gift for someone else.
Yes, we do not do gift wrapping except in the shop, but online, we cannot manage that currently as it requires a time we do not have and we do not wish to charge for a service we cannot offer properly.
Regarding your order, we do have two items but not two beanies.
One is for a Bordeaux Polar Anushka Cloche Hat - Traclet and the other is a Pompon Beanie Zélie Marine - Le Drap.

Delay a bit long and product not exactly corresponding to the requested product.
Order date 05 11 2023 and delivery date 16 12 2023. One and a half months (and 2 reminder messages) to receive my order while the three hats were classified as available in the catalog. Moreover, the hats were poorly packaged and 2 were deformed, one of which is slightly misshapen. I cannot say that I am satisfied.
Disappointed with the embroidery, it has hollows in the letters and does not look very good quality. Nevertheless, the item is correct for the price and the delivery time is quite fast.

The delivery time, (more than a month) is really too long, and the quality of the hats is a bit disappointing. (or maybe it requires a higher price, but then it seems excessive considering what can be found locally.
Pretty hat, but it doesn't look much like the pictures and the faux fur seems a bit rough. Maybe it would be good to film the items and note the quality of the faux fur based on criteria?
Following the receipt of my package, I notice several finishes that are not finished (the threads are not finished, glue stains and the interior padding of the clog poorly finished) Disappointed because the person received this package as a gift and I find it disappointing given the price.
The delivery was made to a different location than specified in the order. The requested pickup point was indeed proposed in the order form. With threats to return the package if it was not picked up within 4 days.

I ordered 2 hats of the same size and brand. 1 model fits me well but the other is way too big. I was able to return it and get a refund. What I find abnormal is having to pay 12.00 euros for shipping to return it.
Correct access on the site but not enough detail on sizes and confusion: the sizes of the clogs are given in 'head circumference' and the shoe size is not adapted... No problem with the shipment
