For now, I won't comment. As mentioned, I am waiting for the follow-up to this matter since I just returned the hat that was too small!

Order processed quickly and delivered in a few days. The quality of the 2 purchased products disappoints me a lot.

The site is easy to use, delivery is very fast and in accordance with the announcement, however, it was made on a rainy day, the box arrived wet and torn, fortunately the item is intact.

The item is compliant but the delivery was a bit disrupted.

I ordered 2 products specifying size 60/61 cm and one of the 2 was too small (not the requested size). My order seems quite simple though.

The mobile version is not very practical. Moreover, it would be good to be able to use multiple filters during the search, including the origin of the product, the materials used, and the different attributes (waterproof, warm, etc.).

I like the hat and it seems to be of good quality. But at the time of ordering, it was mentioned 1 to 2 weeks delay. In reality, it was 20 days. After 2 weeks, I asked for news about my hat via my account. No response. I called. Voicemail. No response. And the hat finally arrived almost 3 weeks after the order but at a different relay than originally planned.

The hat arrived on time but I am disappointed with the quality: the flat part of the hat is actually deformed, while the package seems intact. Moreover, the headband is not functional at all: the hat does not stay tilted because the attachment is insufficient;

Site okay cool

The announced deadline of 3 weeks was largely exceeded. I had to call twice. But the responsiveness on the phone was satisfactory.

This is my first order on the site and I am very satisfied with the speed of shipping. The packaging was perfect and the white Carmen hat is really very pretty. However, I regret that there was no photo worn by a model on the site, as I would have liked a slightly deeper crown and I think if I had seen it worn, I would have made a different choice.
