The hat received did not match the description. Received purple beaver model versus ordered tan fedora model! I kept the hat because it is very nice but it did not match my choice and to avoid a return. Could do better for an order over 50 euros!

Unjustified delay between the order and receipt. I needed this hat for a special occasion and had to buy one elsewhere urgently.
The delay for the black color was 2 weeks and we took 3 weeks, which is one week longer.
In case of urgency, we could have replaced it with another beret from another brand in stock.
For that, it was simply necessary to contact us to send it to you.

Promise of delivery 2 to 3 weeks, took a total of 8 weeks after 4 calls, and repeated promises of 'delivery next week' which turned out to be false 3 times. Not reliable at all, terrible experience. Only positive point: perfectly friendly interlocutor each time.

Extremely disappointed. For a size 59 I took 58/59 and it is way too big. The return is at my expense while there is not even an intermediate size to offer. The exchanges with customer service are one-way. I will not order again.

Product compliant but I had to send an email for them to finally decide to send me my order. The response I received is quite comical: "you should have specified that you were in a hurry!!" Or "you did not pay for shipping!!!" I find this very inappropriate especially since if I indeed did not pay for shipping it is because my order exceeded the minimum amount to have it free so I did not receive any preferential treatment!!! Next time I will turn to a more competent seller.
In order to limit shipments and therefore shipping costs; we prefer a single shipment when the order requires multiple deliveries. Indeed, for a cleaning, we must receive the hat and then send it back once it is done. Therefore, it requires two shipments that are not settled and which is an important cost for us.

Received more than 2 months after my order
Yes, there was a delay but not two months; the order was placed on 21/12/17 and you received it on 19/01/17.
Moreover, if the size does not fit, it is of course possible to change it.
Finally, this is a military beret that does not sink like a Basque beret. So it should be worn on top and not pushed down.
