Product compliant but I had to send an email for them to finally decide to send me my order. The response I received is quite comical: "you should have specified that you were in a hurry!!" Or "you did not pay for shipping!!!" I find this very inappropriate especially since if I indeed did not pay for shipping it is because my order exceeded the minimum amount to have it free so I did not receive any preferential treatment!!! Next time I will turn to a more competent seller.
In order to limit shipments and therefore shipping costs; we prefer a single shipment when the order requires multiple deliveries. Indeed, for a cleaning, we must receive the hat and then send it back once it is done. Therefore, it requires two shipments that are not settled and which is an important cost for us.

Received more than 2 months after my order
Yes, there was a delay but not two months; the order was placed on 21/12/17 and you received it on 19/01/17.
Moreover, if the size does not fit, it is of course possible to change it.
Finally, this is a military beret that does not sink like a Basque beret. So it should be worn on top and not pushed down.

This is the third time I write messages of dissatisfaction but they are refused!!!! Next time I will give 5 stars with a negative review if that’s better! I am not satisfied because the purchased product does not match the photo, so the site does not satisfy me!!! Do not ask for my opinion if it is to refuse it! 10 euros credit does not help me at all, you sell hats and I don’t need them that often!

I received the package. The size is small I returned the package with acknowledgment of receipt and to date no news despite having sent emails...too bad
Exchanges are extremely difficult, they do not read emails and when they do it takes several weeks. Moreover, for a refund, they do not respond. So beware of scams!

Very disappointed I was supposed to receive the hat in 3 weeks maximum I received it in 7 weeks. Living abroad I contacted them via their email address 3 times but I never got a response from them. I had to ask the person who was supposed to receive the hat (as a gift) to call the number indicated on the site. After 3 calls they finally said they would send the hat. I didn't even get a commercial gesture or an apology...

Following the refusal of the first review submitted I am trying a second: Package received left on the doormat in my absence, product not conforming to my order (preparation error?) and average quality so requested a refund. Still waiting and shipping costs at my expense for the return despite their error. Arrogant contact on the phone with the manager who does everything to ensure that no negative comment filters through. Very disappointed. This comment is courteous, thanks to the organization "avis-verifies.com" for doing its job as an impartial to allow this comment from an unhappy customer to appear!
